Artificial intelligence has quickly moved from experimentation to expectation. For health plans, the real question is no longer whether or not to adopt AI, but how to apply artificial intelligence intelligently, at scale.
AI has the potential to solve some of the industry’s most pressing challenges, from reducing administrative burden and lowering cost of care to delivering hyper-personalized, seamless member experiences. But realizing that potential requires more than adopting new technology. Applying artificial intelligence intelligently starts with connecting AI strategy to solving real problems and enterprise priorities, focusing AI efforts where they can drive measurable value, and building the data, governance, operating model, and talent capabilities required to scale responsibly.
This webinar will explore what it takes to apply artificial intelligence intelligently, taking AI from ambition to impact. Participants will discuss how healthcare organizations can build new operating models, foster a culture of innovation, and balance speed with trust and governance to drive transformative impact on member experience. The conversation will also highlight how to keep member needs at the center of digital change, using AI to support adaptive “N of 1” member experiences that respond to individual member needs, preferences, and behaviors.
